U.S. Army Europe and Africa will conduct a reactivation ceremony for the 56th Artillery Command, the European Theater’s Fires Command, on Nov. 8 at 1 p.m. on Allen Field, Lucius D. Clay Kaserne, Wiesbaden, Germany.
